How were the names on the ballot chosen? They were submitted by blues fans via open nomination form and it was advertised at events, on Facebook, and on this website. Nominations were accepted until 12/15/2022. As this is a Colorado event, out-of-State performers were not eligible, so some national performers that were nominated were left off of the Individual Awards ballots. National performers remain eligible for the “Favorite Live Moment” award.  The  “Favorite Live Moment” considers only live moments occurring in 2021 and prior years were not eligible.
